The Hidden Oracle

The Percy Jackson series has been one of my favorite reads since I started it in 5th grade. My love for the series grew when The Heroes of Olympus came out as it was a continuation of the original series. The Trials of Apollo are yet another continuation of the original Percy Jackson series. It takes place after the events of the last book in The Heroes of Olympus and follows the endeavors of the god Apollo after he was stripped of his immortality. He must undergo trials before his immortality is restored.

While this book is very enjoyable to read, it is not a difficult read by any means. The story line is fantastic and you can learn a little about Greek and Roman myths. I personally love mythology and found this to recount the myths very well. I would strongly recommend this book to any Percy Jackson fan and to any middle or high schooler looking for a fun read.
